AnswerKit
AnswerKit turns your documentation into a support bot. Point it at your docs site, paste one script tag into your pages, and visitors get answers that cite the pages they came from.
What it does
Section titled “What it does”- Grounded answers. Every answer cites the documentation it used. If the docs do not cover a question, the bot says so instead of guessing.
- Human handoff. When the bot is not confident, when a visitor asks for a person, or when a question is about billing, legal, security, or cancellation, it offers to pass the conversation to your team by Slack and email.
- Unanswered questions report. Every question the bot could not answer is logged and grouped, so you can see exactly where your docs have gaps.
- Docs-native. These docs are also served as
/llms.txtand as plain Markdown, and an AnswerKit bot indexes them, so the docs and the bot share one source of truth. - Runs on Cloudflare. Workers, D1, R2, KV, Queues, Vectorize, and Workers AI, in your own account.
