Unanswered questions
How can I see which questions my docs failed to answer?
Section titled “How can I see which questions my docs failed to answer?”Open the bot’s Unanswered tab in the dashboard. It lists every question the bot could not answer well, most frequent first, with how many times it was asked, when it was last asked, and why.
A question is logged when the bot offers a person for any reason except a plain request for one, and when a visitor gives an answer a thumbs down.
Grouping
Section titled “Grouping”Repeated questions collapse into one row with a count:
- the same wording, ignoring case and punctuation;
- different wording with the same meaning, matched by embedding similarity.
Closing the loop
Section titled “Closing the loop”- Improve the docs page that should have answered the question.
- Recrawl the source on the Sources tab so the bot picks up the change.
- Choose Mark resolved.
If the question comes back, it reopens automatically and its count keeps growing.

Logged questions are what visitors typed, so they may contain personal data.
